World Food Day Celebration
“Food serves as both nourishment for the body and a delight for the soul. World Food Day is a significant occasion dedicated to raising awareness about hunger and undernourishment. This year’s theme, ‘Water is life, water is food,’ emphasizes the importance of leaving no one behind.
During the event, the Sahajanand Broadcast Channel took center stage, capturing the essence of the day. Our respected Headmistress, Mrs. Gunjan Bhasin along with teachers, was present to inspire and support the young learners.
The little ones embraced the spirit of World Food Day by dressing up as different states and sharing special regional delicacies. Even the teachers joined in, donning attire representing various states. Through this celebration, the children not only explored the rich variety of Indian food but also delved into the unique cultures of the states they represented. Good food not only satiates hunger but also nourishes the soul. 🍲
