World Emoji Day
“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.”
Emoji is a small digital icon that says everything, without words. Once known as the emoticon, the little symbols that began as mere happy and sad faces have now evolved into people, animals, vegetables, occupations and household items. We’ve been talking to students about feelings they have for their family, teachers, friends, nature, and each and every one who plays an important role in their lives. And what better way could it be to express than by using emojis! Students of Pre-Primary wing of our school celebrated World Emoji Day on 17th July, 2021 and displayed their emotions by making their favourite emojis that exploded on yellow marble paper. It was a fun filled activity for the students as they drew different emojis to express basic feelings. The purpose of World Emoji Day is to promote the use of emojis and spread the enjoyment that they bring to all around us.😄🥰✌🏻
