Science Exhibition Day

“Students who see themselves in science are more likely to imagine themselves working in the field.”

Our school organised ‘I am a scientist ‘ activity virtually on 20th December, 2021. Through this activity the students got the chance to involve themselves in planning, decision-making, and executing the experiments. The students of class 1 to 5 performed numerous of interesting experiments under the guidance of their teachers and shared the videos with us. December 24, 2021, was an innovative and experimental day for all the students as we had the science exhibition for grades 6 to 8 at school under the guidance of Ms. Ritu Tiwari. Science exhibition is a wonderful tool that engages students in learning new facts. It develops in them the curiosity to learn more in an interesting an experimental way. The event commenced with the the welcome speech by class 8 student Richa Singh followed by motivational words by our Headmistress ma’am Mrs. Gunjan Bhasin who encouraged the students to progress with the event with more confidence. Our budding scientist performed different experiments with great excitement and enthusiasm The experiments included vegetable battery, sensored energy, projector, and many more. These experiments broadened our knowledge that science offers answers to various questions.  Mrs Shoumita Mukherjee was the judge for the event was over whelmed by each child’s performance. The exhibition was successfully concluded by the vote of thanks by Mrs Savita Pahwa.
