*Important instructions regarding Final Term Exam*

  1. Final Term Exam will be in written form.
  2. Exam will be of 70 marks.
  3. Time allotted for the exam will be *2hours*.
  4. GK and computer exam will be of *50 marks and time allotted for it will be 1 hour 30 minutes . PDF will be shared sharp at 9:00 a.m. and paper has to be completed by 10:30 am. 10 minutes time will be given to convert the answer sheets to PDF. Submission time will be sharp 10:40am. Late submission will not be accepted at all.
  5. During exams, sharp at *9 :00 am question paper in PDF format will be shared in the class group*. Students have to download the PDF and write the answers in the register copy with ruled sheet .
  6. The answers should be written in proper format as explained by the teachers.
  7. Students are not supposed to copy down the questions from the question paper . They have to only write the answers. But it is very important to write the correct answer number. For example: if they are are writing answer of first question then they have to mention Answer 1 . Suppose if you are not knowing 2nd answer and are attempting 3rd question then there you have to mention Answer 3 and not Answer 2. 
  8. Students from classes (I to IV) will write with pencil and those of classes ( V to VIII) will write with pen. Here please note that students of classes (I -IV) have to use dark pencil as light pencil will not give a clear picture.
  9. Before SST exam students have to arrange maps as explained by their teacher.
  10. *Students have to complete the exam by 11:00 am.* After completing the exam students have to click the pictures of the pages where they have written the answers and convert it into PDF format and send it in the class group sharp at *11:10 am*. After 11:10 am your PDF will not be accepted in any case .
  11. *No one will be absent during exams. It is mandatory for all the students to be present during the exams.*
  12. In no case exam will be reconducted.
  13. For parents convenience we are sharing a video explaining how to convert anything into PDF format
  14. Last but not the least, it’s an earnest request to the parents not to help their ward during exams. It’s just a self assessment and a mirror of their hardwork which will help them to perform better in future.
