“Imagination is the highest kite that can fly”.🪂Just the idea of a kite brings a smile to our children’s face and ideas into their head as they think about the fun they will have as they create their own flying object and then take it outside to fly. Kite making and kite flying are all about PLAY. While the celebration of Makar Sankranti takes different forms in different places, one of the most notable and enjoyable part of this occasion is flying kites. Colourful kites are flown throughout the day on this occasion, in different regions of India. Our tiny tots participated in the ‘Kite Making Activity’ with full zeal and fervor. It was a wonderful opportunity for the students to showcase their creativity. It was all fun while the students made beautiful kites and decorated them with glitters and patterns. On the whole, the activity was full of colours and innovative thoughts. Such activities inculcate a feeling of positivity and happiness in our children.
