Indian Navy Day

“On Indian Navy Day, let us salute all the heroes who brought us freedom and all the heroes who are protecting it.”

The Indian Navy Day is celebrated every year on December 4th to commemorate the attack on the Karachi harbour during the India-Pakistan war in 1971.🚢

Our School celebrated Indian Navy Day to spread awareness among the students about the sacrifices made by the Navy personnels in protecting and safeguarding the country.

To commemorate the day, a special assembly was conducted in which students delivered speeches highlighting the significance of the day. Through their speeches, they convincingly conveyed a gratitude message by unfurling the folds of deeds done by the navy personnels. The students of various grades participated in the activity.

The Head Mistress, Mrs. Gunjan Bhasin briefed the students about the Indian Armed Forces which consist of three uniformed services: Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force. She motivated students to pursue their careers in the Indian Armed Forces.
