To honour the immense courage and unwavering dedication of these healthcare warriors, who selflessly put their lives at risk to save others, our school celebrated Doctors’ Day.
National Doctor’s Day is observed annually on July 1st as a tribute to the renowned physician and former Chief Minister of West Bengal, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. This day serves as an opportunity to express our gratitude towards the healthcare staff for their relentless commitment and hard work.
In commemoration of this occasion, a special assembly was conducted. Riddhi Singh, a student of class VB, delivered a speech highlighting the significance of the day. Students under the mentorship of Mrs Sweta and Ms Ritu Tiwari organized a health camp, where they dressed up as doctors and nurses to raise awareness about the noble profession. Additionally, beautiful posters were created to honour our real heroes. Their profound gratitude and respect for this noble profession instilled hope that we will continue to be blessed with highly proficient doctors in the future.
